Coaching Expectations
Daily Check-In
Text your weight every morning when you wake up. Fast until 12–1pm each day. Send a photo of every meal you eat throughout the day along with the calorie count for that meal.
Calorie Tracking
Track your calories every single day using a calorie tracking app. Use any app recommended in your TX3 ebook or one of your personal preference. No tracking means no progress.
Progress Photos
Submit a before photo on Day 1 and an after photo at the end of every 30 days. This tracks your real results and keeps you accountable to the process.
Response Time
Texts responded to within 2–3 hours during business hours. Do not expect immediate responses.
Availability
Monday – Friday: Calls and texts welcome 10am – 8pm.
Saturday: Text only, no calls. 10am – 6pm.
Sunday: Completely closed. Messages answered Monday morning.
Expected Results
Clients who follow the TX3 Elite protocol consistently lose 1–2 lbs per week. Results depend entirely on your commitment to the daily process.
Commitment
If you go silent for more than 3 days without notice your coaching slot may be reassigned to someone on the waitlist.
